The mid-term review provided key inputs to the next cycle of strategic planning. SPG assessed a number of questions addressed by SCA management exploring how well the organisation had managed to broaden its work towards capacity development and advocacy from historically only service delivery. The mid-term review included an assessment of five strategic objectives prioritizing organisational capacity and resources to guide interventions to contribute to changes in the lives of the target groups.
