Since December 2014, Sthlm Policy Group has been working with the Raoul Wallenberg Institute (RWI) in Turkey, reviewing the RWI Turkey Programme 2011-2014 and supporting the development of a results framework and baseline data for the coming programme period.

In addition to a team of SPG consultants, a national Turkish consultant was recruited to support the team’s interviews with programme partners and other Turkish stakeholders. In the second phase of the project, supporting RWI in its development of a results framework and baseline data for the next programme phase, an American expert on human rights education was brought on-board to further strengthen the review team.

The team visited Turkey twice throughout the review, to meet with RWI management and staff, as well as with all programme partners and other stakeholders in Istanbul, Ankara, and Eskisehir.
