The overall purpose of the assignment was to assess the extent to which CI had achieved the specific project objectives (project outcomes), and to determine to what degree these project achievements had contributed to peaceful management of cross-border conflicts and the reduction of associated violence in areas in the vicinity of the border between Sudan and South Sudan.  As part of the analysis, SPG validated and verified the underlying premise and theory of change of the project.
